Fuel for one

The horse and car were talking, one day, About the weather, the price of gas and hay.

Said the car, “I am tough as steel, I’ll be around for many a year with iron will.”

Said the horse, “Ah yes but you’ll be sitting still.”

“While they search the earth to find more oil they’ll be growing what I need on top of the soil.”

“That may be true” said the car, with tattered seat, “and I suppose you’d be better to eat!”
